- Troubleshooting & configuration on laptops and desktops computers on the first-time installation supported.
- We do not support routers with physical damage even if under warranty.
- Premium support is available for devices out of warranty routers connect.
- Premium support is available for routers under warranty but configuration required for multiple devices.
- Additional charges will be applicable for services where router need setup with servers or advanced devices.
- Our free installation and support are limited to the functioning of the router and not 3rd party devices.
- Any extra support provided is up to the discretion of Routers Connect only.

After 1 month, any support related to installation configuration, internet connectivity issues.
